February 2026 – Wrongful Death Medical Malpractice Case
Lusko Law is proud to announce the successful mid-trial resolution of a wrongful death medical malpractice case.
In February 2026, Attorney Justin Lusko tried a case against medical providers in Crestview, Florida, involving the tragic death of a patient who underwent what was expected to be a routine outpatient procedure. During the procedure, the patient was not properly monitored, resulting in a prolonged lack of oxygen that caused catastrophic brain injuries and ultimately her death.
After the plaintiff presented evidence to the jury for approximately one week, the parties reached a confidential mid-trial settlement that provided a meaningful resolution for the family.
At Lusko Law, we prepare every case as though it will be decided by a jury. Our willingness to take cases to trial helps ensure our clients are in the strongest possible position when seeking justice and fair compensation.
June 2026 – ~$8.79 Million Motorcycle Accident Verdict
Lusko Law is proud to announce that it obtained a jury verdict of $8,785,916.88 on behalf of its client following a trial in June 2026.
Attorney Justin Lusko represented a 32-year-old client who was seriously injured in a motorcycle crash in Pensacola, Florida. The collision occurred when a negligent driver pulled into the motorcyclist’s path, causing a devastating crash. As a result of the collision, the client suffered catastrophic injuries, including the amputation of his leg.
Throughout the case, the defendant maintained that the motorcyclist was responsible for the crash and denied liability. After hearing the evidence at trial, a verdict was returned in favor of Lusko Law’s client awarding $8,785,916.88 in damages.
At Lusko Law, we understand that insurance companies and defendants often challenge responsibility and attempt to minimize the value of serious injury claims. That is why every case is thoroughly prepared for trial from day one. When a fair settlement cannot be reached, we are prepared to present our clients’ cases to a jury and fight for the compensation they deserve.
